Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu merge partea cu "But no longer reduces the victim's movement speed". Iti da slow desi folosesti glyph asta

Nu merge nici partea cu dotu. Adica dotul se aplica dar nu se stackeaza de 3 ori.

Nu merge "neam" glyphu'. Nici nu se stackeaza si nici nu elimina efectul de slow.

De fapt ce vroia sa spuna Whysomadbro este faptul ca acest glyph ocupa inutil un slot.

Dmg increase merge, nu merge doar partea cu 3x stack si sa nu dea slow.

Don't see any changes after applying frostfire glyph. before and after same results even frostfire slow the victm speed.(Not sure about damage increase or remain same )
