Descrierea bugului / Bug description: nu "functioneaza" partea cu increases maximum health by 30%.
Dovada / Proof:

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/716/wowscrnshot100611203643.jpg/ => cu abilitatea activata,dar se vede clar 131k, problema e ca da doar 1k HP si nu 30% din total hp...

ps2: soz daca a mai facut careva topic despre,dar nu am gasit topic-ul,asa ca nu imi sariti in cap:(

Nu ai treaba cu romana... citeste ce scrie el (pe litere eventual). A postat ca nu iti mareste HP cu 30% cand il activezi.

Ori esti prost ori te prefaci. El se refera doar la partea cu "increases maximum health by 30%" care e STATICA! Nu depinde sub nicio forma de rage. Nu te mai baga cand nu stii, si sa mai si insulti omul cand are dreptate pe deasupra.

confirm ca intr-adevar nu da 30% health cand il activezi

OT: s-ar putea sa nu functioneze nici glyphu de frenzied regeneration, care in loc sa-ti faca rage-u in health iti da healing incresead. Eu nu am mai verificat. Cand am vazut ca nu merge FR nu mi-am mai batut capu. Dak cineva are glyphu si-a testat sa faca post si ptr treaba asta.
