Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu scoate tot timpu cd'ul petului ( water elemental ). * puteti observa in poza in a doua casuta de speluri, am folosit cold snap si nu mi'a resetat cd'u petului *

Mai intai sustii ca nu e niciun bug si dupa ne intrebi cum functioneaza. Da ***? Nu cred ca exista o categorie de spelluri numita summon , pana si summonurile de la warlock sunt trecute in schoolul shadow.
Deci da , water elemental e frost spell.

Chestia cu coldsnap nu e doar la water elemental, e random din cate am vazut dupa wotlk, dai cold snap si rare ori iti reseteaza doar cateva cds.(same ca la preparation rogue)

Nu pot sa confirm nimic, eu am observat la water elemental ca nu ti'l scoate tot timpu. E destul de enervant pentru ca daca iti moare petul in arene si nu ti'l reseteaza cold snap'u.. pierzi frozen'u care e foarte folositor + 2 finger of frost + damage.

@Georgy:Nope.
"Cold Snap should simply read "(...)finishes the cooldown on all your frost spells.", as the current tooltip is incredibly misleading.

It does not matter how recently you used your frost spells, as this will always reset the cooldown in question. I've tested it myself. I figured I'd post this as I couldn't find information ANYWHERE on the specifics of what "recent" meant."
