Code:

You summon a flurry of stars from the sky on all targets within 40 yards of the caster that you're in combat with, each dealing 369 to 427 Arcane damage. Maximum 20 stars. Lasts 10 sec.  Shapeshifting into an animal form or mounting cancels the effect. Any effect which causes you to lose control of your character will suppress the starfall effect.

Spellpower coefficients: 30% per large star. 13% per small (splash) star. A target hit by a large star also receives splash damage.

Probabil damageul pentru splash damage nu este calculat corect, eu asa inteleg.

tu vezi print de pe oficial ce vrei mai mult?iti fac 100 sa vezi ca in toate da 10 star pe un target.mai vii sa imi dai si lectii de citit,toate posturi pe care le-am facut pana acu sau dovedit a fii buguri deci te rog numai posta doar de dragul de a posta

ASTFEL indiferent ca esti in bg langa alti 2-3 ppl. sau in arena (numarul de stele nu se imparte la toate targeturile din raza spelului fiecare target primind 10x2 damage)

se vede clar cum in secunda 26 am luat 2 stele
secunda 27 doar 1
secunda 28 am luat 3 stele.

TEORETIC intr-un duel 1vs1 daca druidul imi da starfall si eu scot lupii de la shaman ar trebui ca numarul de stele sa se imparta la 3 si sa nu depaseasca 20 de stele pe mai mult de 1 target.
practic nu exista asa ceva (cei care fac arene 3vs3 sau 5vs5 pot confirma)
