Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ceva s-a intamplat cu hit rating-ul dupa ultimul update facut la server. Nu functioneaza cum trebuie. E imposibil sa dai miss in PVP cu 3 abilitati, cat timp ai PESTE hit cap. Screen-urile vorbesc de la sine.
No trolling plz.

so here's your answer, iti trebuie 7% vs nelves. ai doar 5.8%. => ai 1.2% chance to miss.

da am obervat si eu in pve e buba acolo NU functioneaza hit ratingu calumea...cat despre pvp merge perfect...si eu am pe rogue 6% si nu dau miss.

cu 17 hit rating ar trebui sa dai miss nonstop.
