Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu functioneaza deloc.
Dovada / Proof:

Am facut screenshot la spam 200 de Cobra Shot (wowhead link) pe un heroic dummy (full hp); pentru simplitate am dat jos toate itemele (per total 0.5% crit chance, agility de la gun) si din toate cele 200 de shoturi nu am dat niciun crit.

Ar trebui reparate aceste bug'uri negative.Hunterul a ramas in urma rau de tot,nici un spec nu este viabil,dps slab comparativ cu restul claselor.

Degeaba continuati sa confirmati problema cu careful aim,am postat de mai mult de 2 luni,iar daca nu sa dat niciun raspuns momentan,posibil sa fie mai greu de reparat.In legatura cu bugurile de mai sus,mai bine comentati de https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=19418&&name=efficiency ca fara asta nici pve nici pvp nu rezolvi nimic + ca talentu e important pentru toate specurile. Kill Command ar putea fi reparat precum a fost si la feral shred/rep etc dmg,restu nu sunt o prioritate mare momentan intai sa repare Efficiency aia e main problem,dupa restu.

Una e cand dai 10k crit si alta e cand dai 25-30k...
