Descrierea bugului / Bug description: "Each hit deals x fire dmg" Daca tooltipu zice ce tre sa faca ar trebui sa o faca
Dovada / Proof: In scrn shoturile de mai jos se vede clar numarul de melee hits date (+misses) si cele de flametongue date. Am folosit doar o arma si un flametongue.

Din 300 de melee hituri date 43 sunt missuri (deci normal 43 de flametongue weapon procs pierdute)
Acum 300-43=257 melee hits (normal TREBUIE SA FIE SI 257 DE FLAMETONGUE WEAPON PROCS) doar 113 procs
Daca vrem sa vedem si procentul aproximativ de procs putem face un calcul simplu:
113*100/257=43.96%
Flametongue e FOARTE buguit: 1 nu beneficiaza de mastery si 2 are proc rateul prost calculat. Pt un shaman enhancement enchanturile temporare (wf,ft,fb) sunt ABILITATILE CE DEFINESC CLASA iar daca ele nu merg cum trebuie este un NERF ENORM!

chiar daca nu ai echipat ceva in main hand el tot ataca cu pumnu' cum ar veni

257 melee hits = 113 de la offhand in care aveai echipata arma cu flametongue + 144 din main hand in care nu aveai nici o arma

daca vrei sa tesezi calumea, echipezi doua arme si pui pe amandoua flametongue, il lasi pe autoattack sa dea 300 hits si atunci ar trebui sa fie melee hits=flametongue hits, daca nu e asa rezulta ca e bug

209 flametongue hits
209*100/301=69.43% hits si restu pana la 100% is lipsa

400 count -37 miss= 363 melee hits = 363 flametongue hits
