you can drink in arenas since they were introduced in 2.x.x

Man i see you got a caster and i clearly thing you were abusing it. Don't defend it because it's not fair to drink in arena. And you can drink only with that drink and noone other.

u can drink http://www.wowhead.com/item=58257 and eat mage conjures in arenas if u are out of combat !!!
