Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Este o mecanica de baza a jocului.
Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Weapon Damage la Druid este construit de asa natura incat nu tine cont daca are sau nu arma echipata.
Dovada / Proof: Screenshots cu un test simplu aici. Se poate reproduce de catre oricine. Scoate arma si observa un damage aproape identic.

Test Mangle fara arma: 9.7k average hit damage pe dummy cu 0 armor /0 resil.
Test Mangle cu arma: 10.4k average hit damage pe acelasi dummy.
Diferenta este foarte mica, si este dictata de un plus de ~1k Attack Power din stats de pe arma, nicidecum de lipsa armei.

Arma folosita in test: Staff of Old Woes. In mod normal, avand in vedere ca Mangle Damage este direct proportional cu Weapon Damage, diferenta ar trebui sa fie imensa. Sa calculam spre exemplu Max. Cat Weapon Damage pentru acest druid:

Max. Damage = Max. Weapon Damage / Weapon Speed + Attack Power/14
Max. Damage = 1409 / 2.4 + 11708 / 14 = 587 + 836

Max. Cat Weapon Damage cu Staff of Old Woes = 1423

Fara arma echipata aceasta valoare a trebui sa scada la
Max. Cat Weapon Damage = aprox. 0 + 10579/14

Max. Cat Weapon Damage fara arma echipata = 755

Fara corectarea acestei probleme nici nu are rost sa incercam sa calculam cat damage ar trebui sa dea anumite abilitati ale pisicii.

Druidul este in continuare o clasa cu mari probleme de mecanica. Uneori va fi avantajat, alteori va avea mari probleme sa ramana competitiv, in functie de "fixuri".

Problema asta e mai delicata. Am vazut asta cand am calculat dmg la mangle @ trinket proc cu Setemotion.



Max. Weapon Damage / Weapon Speed + Attack Power/14

2693/3.60 + 13134 /14 = 748 + 938 = 1686

Insa eu am 1267.

^ ar fi una din probleme. A doua legata de trinket, nu stiu daca ar trebuii sa se scaleze cu wep dmg initial, sau cu cel obtinut din calcule. La noi se scaleaza cu rezultatul final , aka 1686. Deci asta ar putea fi problema legata de dmg exagerat.

Reamintesc ca subiectul acestui topic este strict Normalized Weapon Damage la druid feral.

Problema este simpla si clara, si as aprecia tare mult daca se ramane pe topic, anume ca in acest moment pe server druid feral nu tine cont de arma echipata. Weapon damage se obtine doar din attack power, ceea ce nu e normal. Problema a fost simplu de evidentiat, solutia sunt sigur ca nu va fi la fel de usoara.

Mai departe, Mangle, Shred, Ravage etc. trebuie calculate separat. La fel si contributia trinketului. Astea vor fi alte batai de cap, fiecare cu threadul ei.

Confirm, e penibil, la lv 83 dau 200 dmg in Cat Form cu Auto Attack, iar in forma normala dau 1200. Nu tine absolut deloc cont de arma, si cu arma si fara acelasi damage il dai.

Mangle damage = 460% weapon dmg + 233 = 1423*4.6 + 233 = 6546 + 233 = 6779
Mangle damage cu glyph = (460% + 233)*1.1 = 506% weapon dmg + 256 = 7200 + 256 = 7456

Acesta este damage-ul pe care ar trebui sa-l dai daca se repara bug-ul. Din cate vad, esti avantajat clar.

Tin sa va amintesc ca in cat form nu se ia in considerare weapon dmg al armei ci este strict calculat pe cat form(diferit de Dmg ce il gasim inscriptionat pe arma)
Cat form are un base weapon dmg diferit de arma ce creste in functie de atac power dupa o anumita formula de calcul.

Pai asta e si problema, ca nu se calculeaza dupa formula cum ar trebuii ( bug pozitiv ) si formula este la randul ei gresita, avand undeva la jumate din dmg care ar trebuii sa il ai (bug negativ).

feralu da prea putin dmg cu auto-attacks dar prea mult cu skillurile mai ales cu trinket proc + ca ia disarm degeaba
