Erm.. am facut topic cu acest bug si Shocker a dat prima data lock ,a doua oara nu prea a inteles a doua parte din bug ca aveam 2 buguri postate. Poftim un video facut de mine pentru 2 buguri , ignorati partea cu Dragon Breath si uitativa cind aplic cone of cold la un target fara dr la nova.

la inceputul videolui si la sfirsit am dat cone of cold pe un target la care nu iam dat frost nova sau cone of cold dinainte , nu avea dr la novas/roots.
