dupa cateva teste am observat ca problema nu e la fearul in sine ci de la Glyph of Intimidating Shout:
1. efectul glyphului respectiv nu imi permite sa folosesc tremor in timp ce am fear

2. efectul glyphului se pastreaza dupa schimbarea specului => nu imi permite sa folosesc tremor totem chiar daca warriorul nu are activat Glyph of Intimidating Shout

Its phisical fear not magical, tremor takes phisical fear of but you can only put tremor throught magical fear...

pentru cei care inca nu au inteles: acest totem poate fii castat in timpul in care ai fear si te face imun la fear pt 6 secunde (adica ti-l scoate). merge la orice fel de fear inclusiv la cel dat de warrior . numai ca daca warrior-ul da fear avand target pe shaman, acesta nu poate pune totemul (in asta consta bug-ul). daca da fear cu target pe altcineva il poti scoate (da avand fear pe tine). a devenit enervant pentru ca warriorii stiu treaba asta si folosesc fearul abuziv

dispel, depending on what class casts it, it works for magic/curse/disease/poison effects, each dispel spell works for the effects that appear in it's tooltip, there isn't any dispel that can be used on physical effects, tremour totem on the other hand, doesen't have that kind of dependencies, he can only be used for fear, but for every single fear effect in the game, including the physical one of the warrior

in alta ordine de idei, shamanul resto este probabil clasa care e afectata cel mai mult de delayul de pe server, pe asta faci totul la secunda, interrupt, grounding, hex, los, etc, cred ca e de ajuns ca suntem plombati in arena din cauza la delay, macar din fear sa putem iesi

la druid si la hunter apar liste de cate 10 buguri fixed la fiecare changelog, si tot ei se plang, la shaman sunt 10 fixuri adunate in ultimele 4 changeloguri, si totu merge prost aici, mai uitati-va si pe la clasa asta, ca nu strica

pentru cine nu intelege problema cu delayu, ieri eram in oaie si aveam groundingu langa mine, nu cred ca trebuie sa spun mai multe

OFF : enha shammy care uite sa dea refresh la shield? ramane OOM pentru ca foloseste healing surge? activeaza lupii inainte de fear? foloseste grounding vs warr?

ON : if you read CAREFULLY (wich i'm sure that you didn't do that) the tooltip Tremor Totem it clearly says that removes Fear,Charm and Sleep EFFECTS and the fact of the matter is that Intimidating Shout renders the target A FEAR EFFECT ergo it doesn't matter the nature of the spell or its magic school it should be removed.

Pretty logical, right?
