Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Un offhand se stie ca loveste aprox 50% din dmg, Cu talentu [Nervs of Cold Steel] (wowhead link) offhandul ar trebuii sa aiba 75% dmg.
Offhandul de la Obliterate insa nu merge la 75% dmg, in schim restul da.

Dovada / Proof:
"...Weapons equipped in the off hand generally do 50% less damage than they would do when equipped in the main hand..."

Test [Frost Strike] se vede ca da calcul ok:

Obliterate: se vede clar cum pe criturile cu offhandul e chiar undeva la 50%, poate nu merge Nerves of cold steel + obliterate?

Nerves of Cold Steel (wowhead link) mareste multiplicativ damage de offhand, nu aditiv.

--> Offhand Damage = (0.5*Weapon damage)*1.25 = 0.625 * Weapon Damage
