Descrierea bugului / Bug description: clearcasting se aplica doar cand castezi regrowth. ar trebui sa se aplice (adica sa nu ia mana) pentru toate spellurile de heal , nu numai regrowth.
Dovada / Proof: incercati si vedeti.

The spell is fine and in cata it applies to spells with cast time (and swiftmend for some reason), not every healing spell - for druids its for regrowth and healing touch and not nourish. Also works for regrowth when u are in tree form and its instant cast.
