Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Doesnt give +12% melee damage
Dovada / Proof: when u switch from frost spec with this talent to frost spec without this talent or vice versa ,the melee damage doesnt change

I wanted to post this, it works partially..it has a 45% cu regen 10 runic power but the 12% additional dmg is definetly missing.

acel 12% additional dmg ar trebui sa conteze si cand dai atack gen Obliterate sau doar la auto attack?

Ciudat este... nu vad balance-ul... un dk frost prinde 17k-20k crit, pe cand un mage deabia prinde 13k-15... cu cds...

pei spune mele attacks...fs obliterate..nu sunt special attacks?
eu cred ca se refera la partea de melle alb...sa ma corectati daca gresesc

nici eu nu vad dc naiba ai postat asemenea aberatii. daca nu-ti place dmgu la mage fa topic cu el+calcule si poate se rezolva.
suferi ca frost dk da dmg mare, dar nu stai sa te uiti si la celelalte specuri.

Seems that this talent works after all,cuz all these attacks,according to their tooltips, do more damage with might of frozen wastes specced.

Cam asa patesc topicurile pe care nu se poasteaza, cazand jos in lista inseamna ca nu sunt asa populare bugurile respective si sunt lasate mai la urma.... fiind atetea de rezolvat normal ca se iau in functia popularitatii si a numarului/frecventei de plangeri.
