Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Am cautat peste tot pe net, iar peste tot am gasit ca sansa e de 5 PPM, 3/3. Ei bine pe freakz nu prea e asa.

In the end, PPM are a flat chance, the chance is dependent on weapon speed.
faster weapon -> lower chance
slower weapon -> higher chance

5 PPM on a 2.6 weapon -> 21.66..% chance
5 PPM on a 3.6 weapon -> 29.99..% chance

PPM / ( 60s / weapon speed ) = proc-chance

Am avut si 8 hits 8 procs. Practic un dk frost te cam tine in crits 24/7.

mai fa un test si foloseste si abilitati.eu la 2.28 speed am vreo 5-6 procuri/min

8/8 proc, prea imba... Stiu ca are un internal de 5 sec :-s sau ceva de genu... Nu poate face proc dupa proc dupa fiecare secunda.

Cum se face ca FDK+Disc = Rank 1
Si daca incerci FMAGE+Disc= nu treci de 2k? :-s

Se mai plange cel care joaca spriest/mage, incredibil...In legatura cu bugul si eu am observat aseara, ceva l-a dereglat.... mergea fine

e ceva de la characterul ala.
am testat pe 2 chare, maxim 6 procs pe minut... si maxim 2 procs unul dupa altul.

Si eu am la fel, merge normal... depinde de situatie presupun, eu chiar nu am avut procs consecutive.

Nu, mai trebuie scazut. Tu ai 10 ppm pe retail din ce vad eu. Uite cate am eu pe freakz.

Problema este ca in unele zile, nu mi-am dat inca seamade cauza pursi simplu nu se procuie deloc nici in arena nici in BG nici pe dumysi sunt nevoit sa dau respec ca sa isi revina,joc Human (daca are vreo importanta)
