[FIXED] [IMPORTANT BM's MAIN ABILITY] Hunter [Kill Command]

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Kill Command hits too low dmg, like 6k normal , 6k crit, and its BM's main abillity, BM hunters cant do anything without it, it should hit the same dmg as chimera shot on BM specc , Give the command to kill, causing your pet to instantly inflict (849 + (RAP * 0.516))*1 damage to its target. which means it should incrase its dmg by 2, every 1.32 attack power, so if u have 13500 attack power its dmg should be icrased by 20455 + 849, non crit. and its damage should be incrased by mastery rating too, cause its pet attackm and BM mastery incraces pet's dmg, so it should be hitting around 30k crits on full pvp gear if ur well geared and full reforged to mastery, and around 40k crits on bosses.
