Descrierea bugului / Bug description:nu ia in considerare chill effect de la ice armor (nu se procuieste niciodata de la chilu de la ice armor)

De asemenea am observat ca nici din frostfire orb nu se proc fingers./brain freeze, probabil o sa fac alt post pt asta.

De frostfire orb cred ca se stie... Atacurile lui nu sunt contorizate de partea casterului. Cat despre ice armor, confirm.
