Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Sometimes its unavailable and says "u can't do that yet " even while u are in blood presence and have runic power. It can be fixed but only by reapplying the blood presence and wasting 2 gcd-s and 2 runes. It can bug even in combat and on some bosses changing to other presence can kill you.

U can use that spell only after u dodge or parry. It says in it's description.

It works, but after you die you have to switch to frost/unholy presence and back to blood or to dodge/parry an attack.

Same bug is happening for all presences now. After u die u must re-apply the presence u want to use cause otherwise its not gonna work.
