[FIXED] Rejuvenation and the "fixed" Gift of earth

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: On my screenshots u can see the amount of periodic healing it should do with my haste levels (rejuvenation)
Must have 5 ticks and i receive only 4. About the "gift of earthmother" u claimed u fixed it, but its not - the correct amount should be 0.15*19938=2990 not 1579. Another thing is the haste levels that are not correct at all - for all healing druid spells http://theincbear.com/math/resto-haste-breakpoints. Also the tooltip on haste is showing 2 different haste levels - which is the one that your formulas use?

As u see only from these bugs druids loose 6229 healing, which is 27%.

Adevarat.True its not working:)) resto druid 0 haste = 9999999 haste now:) our ticks arent affected by haste at all, it only affects casting time
Te rugam shokeru repara haste la druid te rog:)) .Multa lume are probleme si resto druid se bazeaza prea mult pe healuri overtime

E adevarat ca e ceva dubios cu rejuvenation deoarece eu am un druid resto foarte bine imbracat cu atribut secundar haste. Ce mi se pare suspect e faptul ca eu dau mai mult heal cu lifebloom decat cu rejuvenation, lucru care nu mi se pare prea in regula. Voi ce parere aveti ?
