Bug description:
Resilience doesn't work properly. As I tested then all harmful spells (not melee hits) are bugged on bigger resilience players. The crit chance is so low on them.
IMO the server's resilience mechanic lowers the crit chance on players with higher resilience. I tested on Dummys with 0 and 4000 resilience.

Test 1
Dummy with 0 armor and 0 resilience scored 31 scorch crits out of 100.
Dummy with 0 armor and 4000 resilience scored 21 scorch crits out of 100.

Test 2
Dummy with 0 armor and 0 resilience scored 30 scorch crits out of 100.
Dummy with 0 armor and 4000 resilience scored 18 scorch crits out of 100.

Test 3
Dummy with 0 armor and 0 resilience scored 34 scorch crits out of 100.
Dummy with 0 armor and 4000 resilience scored 20 scorch crits out of 100.

My mage's crit chance is 19.9% without any procs + Critical Mass (debuff) which gives me +5% crit. On all procs my highest crit chance is 23.6% + 5% = 28.6%.

I know all these spell crits are chance but all the tests I did showed too big difference.

approved. my crits are always lower on higher resilieted players. this bug needs alot of attention actually. BUMP BUMP!

If you sum up all the crits you made on 600 hits and divide by 6 you get ~26% crit rate so either you enlarge the number of hits to at least 1k imo and show other results then those(which btw they are close to your 28.6% crit chance with procs) you proved nothing

You cannot add the 0 resilience critical chance with the 4000 resiliance critical chance, you need to sum up the 0 resilience critical chances and compare them with the 4000 resilience critical chances.

From 300 hits on 0 resilience you have a 31.66% critical chance.
From 300 hits on 4000 resilience you have 19.66% critical chance.

I used the formula 300.............100% and it gives me 95*100/300=31.66% for 0 resilience (verification: 300/95=3.15 ; 3.15*31.66=99.72%
95...............x %

300.............100% and it gives me 59*100/300= 19.66% for 4000 resilience (verification: 300/59=5.08; 5.08*19.66=99.96%
59...............x%

As you can see between the 4000 resilience and 0 resilience there is a 12% critical difference (31.66%-19.66%=12%)

Correct me if I have done something wrong

Did you had any misses? to those "heroic boss target dummies" I bet you had... and as far as I know misses afects you crit chance.

Please don't comment if you don't know what you are talking about. Dummies with armor and resilience are like players and they require 4% hit. I have 4.10% and had 0 misses.

He was talking about critical afected by RESILIENCE, th heroic boss target dummies doesn't have anything to do with the test that he made.

Yes it doesn't if he didn't missed any shots. Couse I wouldn't rely on target dummies.

He didn't miss any shots because he is hit capped, so the numbers are still the same :D if he had missed shots he would have said so

Not valid. I can assure you the chance is the same (I debugged the crit chance implementation and the crit chance is the same for 0/4k resil, this beats any test you make)
