Descrierea bugului / Bug description: dupa ce am aplicat rune pe item am constatat ca nu am suficient lvl pt a se activa. mentionez ca de 2 ori (prima data la quest si inca odata) totul a fost in regula.

Only the runes with procs are working and its not visual bug. So if u have fallen - its working - if u have razorice its giving % increase of frost damage but not giving u flat 2% dmg as frost - if u have gorgoyle or some other rune that doesn't have proc or effect its not working at all.
