Si referitor la iteme ai tu in felu tau dreptate. dar asa am vazut eu gearu "perfect" pt ce stats-uri mi`am ales sa joc, considerand aceasta alegere ca fiind cea mai buna.

The main concern of an Arcane Mage, regarding the global cooldown, is to cast Arcane Blast in less than 1 second because it means that part of the Haste Rating you stacked is going to waste, and you would have probably preferred to have reforged this part into Mastery Rating. This usually happens when Time Warp is active and you have 4 stacks of Arcane Blast (because each stack decreases the cast time by 0.1 second).

At the same time, it is important to take into account that Time Warp only lasts 40 seconds and will only represent a small fraction of the encounter. Any Haste Rating wasted while Time Warp is active will still benefit you for the rest of the encounter more than if you had reforged it as Mastery Rating.

In order to perform optimally, you need to figure out the soft haste cap, after which Mastery Rating becomes more beneficial. Unfortunately, this will depend on the encounter, the speed at which your raid will execute it (ratio Time Warp off / Time Warp on), and your gear. If you want to precisely know what your soft haste cap is, then you have to study precisely each encounter and indulge in theorycrafting. If you intend to do that, we wish you the best of luck. Otherwise, you can simply follow our simple steps.

At 100% mana, Mastery Rating is only slightly (3%) less desirable than Haste Rating. Therefore, you can opt to have a slightly-below-optimal-but-never-changing reforging strategy where you first reach the hit cap, then a soft haste cap (we will explain how to compute it), before reforging everything into Mastery Rating.

The values to the right give the approximate weight of each stat. So to look at haste vs crit on pre raid gear it's 1.1002 vs 0.7354. In other words haste has about a 1.5:1 value ratio to crit (1.1002/0.7354) or haste is about 50% more important per point.



Desigur, fiecare poate juca cum vrea si poate considera BiS list dupa bunul plac, eu spun doar ca acea lista pe care am modificat-o este cea optima, daca nu vrei sa dai miss deloc poti sa optezi si in a schimba itemele intre ele astfel incat sa faci hit cap.

Foarte bun ghidul, am totusi o parere diferita legat de anumite aspecte.

Rotatia: Nu vad rostul sa folosesti Arcane Barrage, din ce-am remarcat iti scade din DPS (testat "live" in raid). Eu unul spamez Arcane Blast pana ajung la 30% Mana, dupa care dau Evocation, folosesc CD-urile si incep iar cu spam Arcane Blast, folosind cam pe la 70% si un charge din Mana Gem . Cand ajung pe la 40% mana trec pe "modul de conservare", adica Arcane Missiles imediat ce se activeaza. (sunt Blood Elf asa ca mai am o sursa suplimentara de mana pe care o folosesc undeva pe la 50% mana, ca sa prelungesc un pic burst-ul)
Am testat si cum zici tu cu rotatia, scoteam DPS mult mai mic decat cu rotatia asta. Singura problema la rotatia mea ar fi in Dungeon, unde trebuie sa ai un pic mai multa grija cu mana, dat fiind faptul ca nu ai surse de mana destule.

Evident, din lucrurile de mai sus rezulta ca trebuie Glyph of Arcane Missiles in locul celui de Arcane Barrage.

Nu prea sunt de acord, mi se pare mult mai important sa aduci Hit la 17% decat sa faci Intellect mult si sa te trezesti ca dai miss-urile vietii pe un boss (la fel, vorbesc din experienta si teste).

Ultima chestie pe care as schimba-o este enchant-ul pe Boots, eu personal prefer Enchant Boots: Lavawalker dat fiind nivelul de mobilitate necesar in instante (da, ai Improved Blink, dar pentru 15 mastery rating se merita +8% movespeed).

In rest, foarte bun ghid-ul, util pentru cei care vor sa invete Arcane Mage.
