[FIXED] [Mage] Frostnova Diminshing Return

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: See above. Improved Cone of Cold should only share DR with the Nova of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=54787 (wowhead link) as of patch 4.1. It should not share DR with any of the other novas. And in 4.0.6 the only Novas that a mage can use that should share the same DR are Freeze and Frost Nova (as linked above).

why in the hell you the 4.1 patch note's ?we are on 4.0.6

As you already ignored in the other topic you made a useless post under, instead of actually reading the thread:

The patch notes give an insight in what was changed in 4.1 as OPPOSED to 4.0.6. Which means you can still tell how things were in 4.0.6 (Shattered Barrier and Improved Cone of Cold NOT sharing DR)

Guess I have to bump this. Shocker didn't fix cone of cold, but instead made it share DR with Frostnovas, which should only be the case up from 4.1 where it shares DR with Shattered Barrier.

So, please whatever that "Diminshing Return" list said about it being a root was true, however that had nothing to do with actual DR, it was extracted from an AddOn which uses this list for priorities, because a Stun Aura should be shown (on Gladius) instead of a root.

So again: Freeze from the pet and Frostnova from the Mage should share DR.

Shattered Barrier has it's own DR until 4.1
Cone of Cold has it's own DR until 4.1

Read the patchnotes that I provided above to understand the changes.

Please consider that "Random Root" only affects Shattered Barrier as of 4.1!
