Descrierea bugului / Bug description: deci dupa cum zice pe pagina serv au reparat swiftmendul dar eu zic k a aparut un bug nou si anume k acum swiftmendul nu mai tine cont de mastery dak mi se intampla doar mie spunei(si vad k healul de la el este redus de la un fix la altul as dorii dak stie cnv care e ratia de sp la speluri) asta zice pe site "Swiftmend heal sa fie influentat doar de spellpower si nu de HoT-ul consumat (si totodata sa beneficieze de mastery cand e doar un HoT pe target)" prima poza e healul normal si dupa cel care ar treb sa fie mai mare fiind influentat de resul hoturile si adik de mastery si nu este dak ma insel varog sa spuneti

Many of druids spells are not affected by spellpower as it should. I am seeing druids with 2 k intellect less than me( i have 6,2 k raid buffed) doing better heals with rejuvenation or swiftmend. As the first 2 pics i think it should heal the same with rejuvenation or regrowth on u. But still spell power is not working....

i say about the mastery that says when u got another heal on u ur healing potency is incresead by % here it isnt

Ceva ii buguit rau de tot la dudu resto.
Eu de exemplu am 7,4k sp pe el si dau 3,2k rej/tick in schimb vad alti druizi cu un gear mult care dau 4,5k rej/tick.

tin sa mentionez k fara alt hot deci scoatem din start varianta cu are mastery mai mult.

Ce sa mai spun de faptu k miam luat 22k heal swiftment noncrit de la un druid cu max 6k sp fara sa aibe vreun trinket cu intelect sau mastery si eu dak dau 16k noncrit cu 7,4k sp is zeu

I guess its not the only problem cause the difference between 3,2 k tick and 4,5 k tick is more than 15 %, so i guess its something else too- like maybe proc from trinks , usage of pots for int. and other stuff like this. I will test these options later today and will see whats going on

Swiftmend works fine, just tested with blizz character.
