Hitul din talente nu apare la Char Info pe Freakz dar el e aplicat nu iti fa griji. Daca vrei sa testezi cu adevarat ataca un Boss-dummy cu hit cap-ul atins si vezi daca dai miss cu abilitatile tale speciale.

Nu cred. Pentru hit cap am cap 8% si ceva hit rating. Pentru monstri / jucatori de lvl 85 am 5% hit rating, iar pe dummy boss tot dau miss. Daca s-ar adauga acel 6% nu as mai fi nevoit sa dau reforge si sa pun hit rating. Deci e ceva in neregula cu talentul, cred eu.

si pana la urma e bug vizual sau chiar nu da 6% hit?

Am incercat sa joc cu 11% hit chance si totusi dau miss cu spelluri destul de des. Deci bugul nu este visual....

Hitul de 6% de la https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=86629 (wowhead link) este doar bug vizual , pe langa asta , shamanul are 40% din atacuri SPELLS , si 60% mele , ceea ce inseamna ca pana nu ai hitcapul de spell (16-17% , in functie de rasa) , o sa tot dai missuri cu spelurile gen lightning bolt , flameshock , earthshock.
Dupa cum zice mmo:
Hit
Hit is what you want to cap as fast as you can. Reforge for it untill you're at the SPELLCAP. This is 1742. 1639 for Draenei.

Abia daca dupa spellcap mai dai missuri , atunci e o problema.
