Server Lag

Lately, over the past week, I've been getting bad latency.
I usually ping around 150ms, which ensures smooth game-play, but lately, it's been anywhere from 500ms to 2000ms.
I play on Exodus, the international server, and I'm connecting from Canada. I have 1mb/s connection on my end, so speed isn't a factor.

Is the lag going to be fixed soon? How? I like this server and I've been voting lots, but I won't really feel like it if I can't play properly.
Anyone else having these problems?
Do the other servers have better latency?

I tried another italian server and the latency is 45.

Talked to a few Canadians in my guild. They're not having that much lag or delay.
But if your having lag on Freakz try installing this -> http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
It will show you where exactly the lag is coming from, the isp of freakz is bts-telecom, canadians should have 60 ms but the connection goes through 12 routers, most likely one or more routers is overloaded during the time when you have high latency.

and your lagging all the time? according to the results you should have about 60 ms most of the time.

I experience massive lags and packet drops from poland on 35 mbps broadband on exodus.
Usually have ca. 5 DC's per game session (17 - midnight CET) after massive lag.
I will try to measure latency with proper tools when i will be at home.

EDIT:

Is 89.39.13.11 the proper ip address of Exodus ? I'm asking because ingame i have 2k+ ping and the mtr launched at the same moment shows avg 65 ms response from that ip. I'm confused a bit.
