6.5x3.6 = 23.4 pe fury 11.7 pe off hand
6.5x3.6 x 1.25 = 29.25 pe arms

pe freakz iei 27 rage pe mh si 14 pe off hand si 34 rage pe arms

PS: the formula is the same for bears. The formula at this time is 7.5* weapon speed, that's why you get 18 rage/swing.
