Elemental shamans and Cata PvP

Well as everyone know elem shamans were quite good back in wotlk. Is it worth to start PvP-ing with it in Cata? (I had a high rated team as elem + destru lock in woltk) I'm not quite sure about the changes in thi patch. Also I barely see any elem shaman, but enha.
So any idea?

They've become shit. Like literally utter crap. They get buffed to being average in 4.2, but that's about it. Check the patchnotes and watch Novoz vids. Compare 4.0.6 to 4.2

Resto however is OP as ***. Especially in the upcoming patches, but already in 4.0.6 (crying was the hardest here).

tl;dr you wanna play ele for sure? Get on a buggy 4.2 server

That's why I asked. If it's bugged or weak then I wont play it. Also I wont move to some bugged 4.2 server I rather play an other class here D:
