Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Vigilance isn't removed on respeccing talents and can be abused by increasing their Attack Power.

This is exactly why the bug report was made. The OP showed he can cast Vigilance, change spec from prot to furry, and still get the Vengeance buff from Vigilance.

Tocmai asta este bugul ... da vigilance pe cineva dupaia schimba specu pe fury si cand acel player cu vigilance ia dmg ii procuie vengence pe war chiar daca el este fury ... gandeste si tu putin pls inainte sa faci post
