Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The cast times on those spells are wrong and I'm sure the addon is fine because it is working perfectly on other classes. I think https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=53224 is bugged but I'm not sure.
Dovada / Proof: For a 1.9s AI casttime, only 2196 haste rating (17.14%) is required from gear with 3/3 Pathing. (taken from elitistjerks.com). Also some screenshots showing my haste, the haste calculator and the cast times.

Deci cast time-urile (cu 0 haste) ar trebui sa fie ceva de genul:
- steady shot - 1.5 sec in tooltip si 2 sec real (de la hidden delay de 0.5 sec)
- aimed shot - 2.4 sec in tooltip si 2.9 sec real

Si eu 2.53 Cast time la Aimed Shot, in tooltip. Asta cu 11.09 % haste. E normal ?

Ok deci am gasit problema, Improved Steady Shot nu da decat 10% haste in loc de 15%. Niste calcule simple dovedesc asta. Pun un screen sa puteti vedea ca testez cu 0.17% haste.
Mai intai calculam cast timeu la steady, 2/1.x, unde x e procentaju de haste. Deci 2/1.017=1.96. Apoi (10/100)*1.96=0.19. In final 1.96-0.19=1.77.
(15/100)*1.96=0.29. 1.96-0.29=1.67 care ar trebui sa fie cast timeu corect.
Deci am toate dovezile, daca mai trebuie pun screenuri si cu 11% haste dar este exact acelasi lucru. Sa speram ca va fixat pentru ca este un bug major pentru hunteri.

not the improved is the source of problem, because cast times are totally diferent as tooltip says and quartz calculate, its right for aimed and steady shot aswell.

the tooltips are wrong on pretty much every class, they are right when you have improved steady shot on you tho

Am uitat sa adaug si https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=53290&&name=hunting-party care este buguit si cred ca si celelalte aure cu 10% increse attack speed de la alte clase is buguite, in loc de 10% attack speed da in jur de 7.5%

Aimed Shot weapon damage has been increased to 200%, up from 150%. In addition, the base cast time has been reduced to 2.4 seconds, down from 3.
La noi e inca 3 sec.

Master's Call now has a 35-second cooldown, down from 1 minute, and its range has been increased to 40 yards, up from 25. In addition, the visual effect is more obvious.
La noi are 45 sec cd
