Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Buguri pozitive: da 10% rune regeneration si 10% melee attack speed.

Bug negativ: nu functioneaza partea de 10% increased runic power generation care ar fi trebuit sa functioneze in felul urmator: orice abilitate care genereaza runic power ar trebui sa beneficieze de un increase de 10%. Abilitatile genereaza 10 rp(runic power) per runa consumata, deci un Obliterate va genera 20 rp si in frost presence ar trebui sa genereze 22 rp; restul abilitatilor de 1 runa+horn of winter in frost presence ar genera cate 11 rp.

Dovada / Proof:
Link 1 no talents blood presence 3.80 attack speed, se poate vedea ca runa incepe cu 10 sec CD.
Link 2 no talents frost presence 3.45 attack speed, runa incepe cu 9 sec CD.
Link 3 no talents unholy presence 3.45 attack speed, runa incepe tot cu 9 sec CD

Pt runic power generation:
Link 1 Blood Presence am folosit 1 Icy Touch, 10 runic power generat.
Link 2 Frost Presence am folosit 1 Icy touch, tot 10 runic power generat in loc de 11.
Link 3 Frost Presence am folosit 1 Death Strike, 20 runic power generat in loc de 22.


Toate testele au fost efectuate fara talente si fara haste.

Eu unul nu am gasit nici un comment, macar ,care sa afirme/infirme ca Might of the Frozen Wastes beneficiaza sau nu de acel 10%.
Chiar daca guide-ul e pentru 4.3 partea reclamata(cea de Runic power) nu a survenit modificari.

Am gasit http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2030063943 omu intreaba daca este bug cum ca frost presence nu afecteaza partea de RP de la MotfW, desi din pct de vedere logic al trebui sa il creasca.
Oricum ideea era ca frost presence merge aiurea. Am scos motfw din postul initial. HF si ms ca mi-ai atras atentia.
