you cant make full mana even with shadowfiend + power torrent proc + volcanic pot and hymn of hope, even if you could, thats not a bug, why would be?? thats just smart skill using, thats just how skilled players using, ppl who know their classes not just running to the forum and report stuffs about they havent even got clue how it works.

made a test hymn of hope + shadowfiend recovered my mana pool to 60% from 0 and during channeling time + shadowfiend attack i got 2-3x 4000 combat regen too, gonna post video later.

you know, me against you i can show you correct proofs and math calculations not just talking to the air like " they are recovering max mana" and such things,

ps:
hymn of hope: the first tick does not benefit from the mana increase, but subsequent ticks do. i think the first got benefit from 15% mana increase too. that could be an answer for you, but not shadowfiend + hymn of hope combo is the bug lol... even with this, still not 0-100% recovery, its still gives like 10% more but i still cant got more than 1-60% and calculated 2-3 ticks of 4k combat regen too...

started recovering at 6% and final was 66%, after shadofiend faded and i got out of combat.
strange, because first tick of hymn of hope was 1795, other 3 was 2069, so it is working well, also shadowfiend regen seems working fine aswell,

shadowfiend regen calculate:
103,498 (max mana with 15% hymn of hope increase)* 0,03 (3% / hit) = 3104 just like as the combat text says,

hymn of hope:
first tick: 89,765 * 0,02 = 1795
next 3: 103,498 * 0,02 = 2069

hymn of hope and shadowfiend regen calculates are correct, bug cause of canceling a buff of hymn of hope like Qrtpsdfghjko said

i have no clue how you did that, you can see i used shadowfiend too and that regened like 21k~ mana you did not use it and you were out of combat, and got lot more mana increase than me, thats why i requested all character talent reset, because lots of ppl has strange mana/rage/energy regen.

video i uploaded was on holy, but i tested just pure hymn of hope like you did on discipline and it was like 1-30%, i have no clue how your mana regenered that much amount lol

*EDIT: went to genesis and discussed that bug with Qrtpsdfghjko, and i get it what do you mean by exploit, when cancel buff of hymn of hope its gonna freaking out and regen 80k mana, but normally its ok if you do not cancel that buff which increase your mana by 15%, it needs to be fixed, but regen of normal hymn of hope is ok...

If you can bring any proof at all that a shaman recovers all his mana with a mana tide totem,I will chop my hand off.
