Unable to mount in any place.

Greetings, I'm new to this foum and to this game too.
I have a warlock around level 20, and he received not long ago a steed to mount, but every time i try to mount the button is dimmed and when i click says: Cannot do that here.
No matter in what place I am.

Does any of you know how to solve this?

You have to visit a Riding Trainer in order to be able to mount your Warlock steed.

The riding trainers won't talk to me besides saying greetings.
I don't think this has anything to do with the trainers... I think it is a bug. Help, anyone?

you need to train riding. i'm almost positive that's the problem. check the trainer for your race

How do I open an ingame ticked? I've already tried to contact blizzard without answer.
Regarding needing the riding training, thats not true, if you read wowwiki it says warlock and paladins dont need to learn riding, they just need to learn the skill from their class master (which was what i've done)

Contacting Blizzard while playing on private must be awesome

Log into the game go to the little animation with pc on the micro menu, which usually lights with green color then press help. You will see several options and one of them will be open ticket.
p.s. sorry for such lame explanation, but i think there is no other way

I've just reached level 20 with another warlock and I have the same problem: Cannot mount my steed, however I have the skill for it, but it keeps saying I can' do that here.

yes, do that. and the gm will send u to your trainer

and silently bash u for wasting his time.

and @raxxar please go to a city and type in /leave 2 /leave 3 /leave 4 /leave 5 /leave 6 and /join global

it hurts my eyes to see all those channels there

He sent me to the riding trainer, wasting my time, because I had already done that without success, the skill i needed was to be learned from my class trainer which i had already done.
He sent me to the forum again. I have the skill for riding and I can't still ride, whenever i press the disabled ride button i get the message "can't do that here". Help anyone?
