Descrierea bugului / Bug description:

1. ignora resilul
2. nu sparge instant fearul / hex / horror effect (si daca ai si ceva absorb effect pe tine de genul pws/pala holy mastery inghiti mb in fear 8 sec de te saturi)

IMPORTANT:

Patch changes
WotLK Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Fixed a bug where Mana Burn did not cause fear effects to break when the fear victim had an absorb shield on.
Hotfix (2009-04-30): "Mana Burn has been reduced to 10% mana burned (up to a maximum of 20% of the Priests mana), down from 13% (max 26%)."
Hotfix (2009-04-30): "Mana Burn now causes [Fear], [Hex] and [Psychic Scream] to break early when used."

confirm
pe freakz fear nu se sparge la masiv dmg ar fi penibil sa se sparga la mana burn oricum zilele astea osa aduc un video care sa dovedeasca ca fearul trebuie sa fie spart la dmg partea cu "may" de la fear e aplicata doar pentru doturi

Resilience does not reduce mana burn efects, see tooltip.

Oh and yes it breakes physic scream instantly.

Serios?Asa din intamplare joc priest de 1 an,si nu a fost data in care fearul sa nu fie scos de mana burn.Lasa frustrarile deoparte si l2p.

Nu sparge fearu'hexu/horror zici? mie mi se pare ca pe priestu meu le sparge mai tot timpu(daca nu din prima din a 2-a sigur)

1. Mana burn is pretty easy to avoid given any form of line of sight, but I do think it should probably be removed or at least be reduced by resilience again. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2065780383
2. Am jucat destul de mult pe popa disci in cataclysm, fearu se sparge la primu manaburn.

Mana burned by Mana Burn isn't reduced by resilience. Those changes were for wotlk, where you could spec for shorter cast time and tooltip on Mana Burn and resilience indicated that mana burned by Mana Burn and Drain Mana were reduced by resilience. Also resilience reduced all dmg in wotlk, but in cata was nerfed for player's dmg only. Have in mind that Mana Burn's base cast time is 2.5sec cast time, can't be reduced by talents and easily avoidable. If you have troubles put priest on focus so you can see when he's mana burning and LoS it.

Check cata patch notes if you don't believe.

stai full lenght in el si iei dmg cat cuprinde ca nu te scoate nimic

Vad ca nu stiti ce face fearul ...ok .Fearul se sparge LA MAI MULT DMG ! NU la primul hit.Trebuie sa iei mai mult de 1k-2k.

@ bossutai prietenas esti bata de la full HP la cat aveam acolo am tot luat dmg mia dat priestu fear si porma lockul din 2 fearuri mi-au luat 140k cred ca e destul dmg nu ? asa ca stai jos ai 2
fearul e buguit si punct
