Just one short question, how much skill is needed in archaeology to make this sword? And how much time it needs to collect it?

You don't need max Archaeology. There might be a minimum skill level in place before you can see it, but you can get it long before you're maxed out.

Not to say that you will. It's just a matter of luck. Just keep completing Troll puzzles by farming dig sites on Eastern Kingdoms. You'll get it eventually.

Normally it require max archeo skill to start this project. Here it is bugged. You can start it even when you have 20 skill.

It's the same in Blizzard aswell. Many people got it before 525. Atm I was lucky on my warrior and got it at level 250. I know many people who have 525 and haven't got anything but a few companions. It's only a matter of luck.
