Descrierea bugului / Bug description: We killed "Algalon the observer" in Ulduar 10 player mode but didnt get the achievment and the title granted by the achievment

There is a similar post in the pve section. Did you get any achievements on any bosses except the one at Ignis with the slagpot? The instance is broken therefore no achievements are awarded (theoretically with the http://www.wowhead.com/npc=33113 not working, none of Ulduar should be accessible) . Algalon can be killed right after XT so getting the achievement in such a broken manner would be kind of disappointing.
