Open TBC/wotlk instances!

Everyone would love to have everything working. However, the focus for this server should really be cataclysm. It is just not a good idea at the moment to try and complicate things. Focusing on cata content is what is going to help growth. And at least on exodus, we need more players in the community so growth is really important to me. Fully scripted t11 instances as well as the other major cata content is what draws people to come here. The quality is good and the speed it comes out is decent as well. But we are just still not drawing the International community I am hoping for on exodus. TBC and WotLK instances are fun to do every now and then, but new cata content will distinguish the server from others.

Also Razorscale in Ulduar seems to be bugged and trial of the crusader dungeon.
