i have spent 100 vote points on flying mount but didn't got it.can someone help me??

Some times the mail can take some time. Be patient if it does not show up at all then yes contact a GM on forums or in game with ticket.

Make sure you sent it to the right toon on the right realm, it's quite easy to mix it up, especially if you use the same names.

Usualy the vote items arrive instantly if not just type /reload and here they are so if your isn't here yet then I guess only someone form the staff can help you.

We have distributed the vote points for Exodus realm as promised. 250 vote points for each account that met the following conditions:
- At least 10 days played on Exodus
- At most 10 days played on the romanian realms
- Voted at least once
- Logged in the last 14 days

That Event aren't Great for New Players i'am new playing here Round About 7 Days / 1 Week I'am every Time online etc. Did have adversite the Server to many Friends 10 of them are playing here right now. But no Rewards for new Players here Imao

Those rewards are for players that were here in April which was 1 month of full DDoS. The reward is not meant to be for new players, sorry.

I have 16 days playtime, however i didn't get VP reward. I transferred my main char, can that be the problem ? Is any way to get the VP reward at this point ?

i transferred 2 weeks ago, technically 13-14 days playtime are on Exodus
