The needed npc(s) to finish the Horde side of the quest are not spawning,Only the Alliance npc(s) are spawning.

Horde Quest:Pay It Forward ID#25936

The Alliance need 6x Drowning soldier ID#39663

If I try to blow a bubble and save an Alliance Drowning Soldier instead of an Orc Drowning Warrior the bubble appears but then nothing happens and the saved counter stays at 0/6 saved.

ehm,it isn't supposed to count alliance npcs for your quest.you're supposed to bubble drowning WARRIOS,not drowning SOLDIERS.
