Confirmation window when spending Vote Points.

It's very simple and effective.
Every time you buy a vote reward with vote points, a dialogue window will show up, asking you, for example:

"[Item Name] will be sent to [Character name]. Are you sure?"

[Yes] [No]

I did the terrible mistake of sending a Vote Reward to a level 40 alt wich I dont even play, and I'm sure this also happened to other people as well.

A popup window is already appearing to ask you if you are sure about your choice, but the item and character name does not appear there. It's not hard to put them there, so +1. Zohl.
