Sent vote-reward to the wrong character

Hello and thank you for reading this. I accidently sent my vote reward (Gladiator chain helm) to the wrong character. Is there any way that you can resend it to the right character? I haven´t taken the item out of the mail. PLEASE HELP

You know you could get the same item ingame like np either for honor or for T4/T5 token... right? :S
