Bought items and still havent got them

Yesterday i bought 4 heirlooms, only 2 of them i got in mail. Another 2 was missing that was Tattered Dreadmist Leggings and Tattered Dreadmist Mantle. I checked all chars and i havent found thoose items. Also my vote points was deducted and i havent got thoose items.

check your mail on verdana,i see that the items were sent on that char.take them in your bags and wait for me to delete them and send them on the right char

Thank you for help, now i found mail on verdana, and cause its heirlooms i sent it to right char
