Fire Mage: Cauterize

Bug description: Even when set to 2/2 hunters and dks are able to make it not activate, some of them even go as far as purposely doing that in arenas. I have been unable to figure out how they do it as of yet.

Please fix it asap. It is quite a handicap when you are saving Ice block for something that never comes so you just die...

Bump, I now learned it happens to sub rogues with cheat death as well so I'm positive it isn't thanks to necrotic strike, but indeed a server bug.

When I check combat log it says cauterize activated, but I don't get healed and there is no heal absorb.

If anyone has any idea on how I could make a screenshot of this, I'd be very grateful as this bug is really annoying.

From what I tested some time ago, Cauterize didnt proc'ed because its internal cooldown didnt reset when dueling or entering an arena.

They might've fixed this, so if I'm wrong then sry

Also, I dont think Cauterize heals so necrotic stacking is pointless.

I don't speak romanian so that link wasn't of much use, but I understand what's wrong now. Thanks ylfor.

Also Flutter, for some reason necrotic reduces the amount Cauterize heals a mage for.
