Sall , am probleme cu insomnia , nu pot deloc sa adorm , dar daca adorm , sa spunem in maxim o ora ma trezesc.
Eu ma culc chiar devreme , pe la 20:00 sau 21:00.
Daca ma puteti ajuta lasati un comment . Multumesc!

Ontopic acuma, ai încercat cu somnifere? Oricum, soluția este sã mergi la un doctor, sau sã speri sã dea un doctor pe aici.

In general oboseala te adoarme mai rapid decat speri iar daca bei cola si cafea depilda, e clara treaba. Cred ca esti inca tanar incat sa iei somnifere care pe durata vietii iti va afecta sistemul nervos. Incearca sa mergi la un medic sa afli problema.

P.S. Nu incerca cu somnifere inainte de a face un control.

-Sa muncesc
-Sa fac sport

-Sa merg la doctor

Salut in caz ca nu ti-ai rezolvat problema uite niste sfaturi

Cel mai bine:Dute la un specialist
Ceva pentru acasa:fa un antrenament de 2 ore fie ca ai greutati sau nu(faci flotari,genoflexiuni,te folosesti de ce ai prin casa)asa e metoda de provocare a oboselii

O alta metoda:Folosestete de Psihologie,convingete singur ca trebuie sa adormi,provoacati singur starea de somnolenta

Oricum intr-un final cred ca tot la doctor sau la psiholog o sa ajungi
