Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Brain Freeze instant Frostfire Bolt doesn't benefit from Fingers of Frost proc, nor consumes it.
Dovada / Proof:
Brain Freeze tooltip: When Frostfire Bolt is instant, it can benefit from Fingers of Frost.

+1 FrostFire Bolt PROC ar trebuii sa consume Fingers of Frost PROC. De obicei eu foloseam 2 Ice Lance dupaia dadeam FrostFire Bolt; Numai daca aveam Deep Freeze pe target dadeam FrostFire Bolt cu Fingers of Frost.

Aici ar terbui adaugat si faptul ca deep freeze nu consuma fingers of frost( dar hei ce e bug pozitiv nu se raporteaza ca e reparat instant )

Toata chestia aici e ca pierzi dps...adica sa zicem ca spamezi ca tampitu FB asteptand un proc de FoF si ai noroc sa iti procuie intre timp si BF, iar daca targetul nu este inghetat, instant frostfire bolt da damage fara sa ia in considerare mastery si multiplicatorul de crit 3x asociat FoF-lui.

@Allybetrayer, sincer nici nu am remarcat acel bug insa trebuie umblat la mai multe chestii pt ca daca targetul e inghetat(rooted) si tu ai FoF, nu ar trebui sa iti ia din stacks la FoF daca utilizezi Deep Freeze.

Foarte corect, ideea e ca daca asa ceva se va posta la bug report cel mai probabil va fi reparata doar faza "pozitiva" de ati consuma fingers of frost- indiferent ca targetul e inghetzat sau nu.
Anywayz +1 pentru fix (cu toate ca in a way acest bug avantajeaza clasa- adica scoti mai mult dmg dintr.un icelance cu fof + frostfirebolt neinfluentat de crit/masterymastery decat dintr.un frostfirebolt influentat de 3xcrit+mastery)

You need to fix this soon because it's really important for mage pvp due to the retarded dmg it does
