[Warlock] Bane of Havoc damage

Bug description: It doesn't transfer 15% of all damage. It does exactly 13.9% damage (with every single spell).

Am testat si eu Bane of Havoc da damage corect fix 15% din damage-ul dat. Nu e bug!

How come my Recount shows always 13.9%? Many people in our guild have the same bug.

This isn't a method to test BoH.

Look here 9169 damage * 15%= 1375.35.

And here 8273 dmg * 15% = 1240.95.
Isn't bugged! I don't stay know to explain how recount works but how you see 15% of dmg done is transfered correctly.

I think its working fine now. 2nd ss proves how its possible bugged positiviely so dont complain ;] And get hit cap

Hit cap is so useless. Get 30% haste first (with BiS gear like me) and then go for as much hit as you can.
