Descrierea bugului / Bug description: According to wowhead it has 3 seconds internal cooldown and 20 % chance on every attack to be triggered. I ran 10 minutes test and it proced 62 times for 600 seconds. Mine calculator saying this is one proc in every aprox 9,67 seconds. It's like 3 times more than it should be.

u did with wf on both weapons???...cuz thats the bug.....after procs from one weapon shouldn;t proc from other

one proc at 10 sec isnt much lol...what do u expect?

Hmm, those 62 hits were crits, but the total amount of procs within that time frame was 186.
What i can tell you is that WF procs off all attacks (special attacks and auto attacks). So procs off Storm strike, auto attack, Lava Lash, here it procs also from unleash elements(dunno if this is a bug or not, but is weird to do a melee attack at range ).

Anyway, your screenshot does not show exactly the problem, and so I can only guess the proc chance:
746 melee attacks (not sure here if you were hit caped) let's just say 700 succesfull hits
58 lava lash (you were hit capped, i saw that in the WF statistics)
58 storm strike hits
Next i don't see any unleash wind but i presume you used unleash elements mostly at CD...so in 10 min with a 15 sec ability cd, it's like 40 times. Let's just say 35 times, maybe you missed some seconds there.

Total of 700+ 58 + 58 + 35 = 851 hits...these in 10 minutes

Math: ~851 hits => 186 WF procs ....that means 21-22% chance. 100 / (851 / 186) = 21.85%

Another thing: WF procs off OH damage that has a penalty of 50% damage reduction. How come your damage is 4200-5200 non crit and 8600-10500 crit ? The MH damage, and OH damage should have a 50% difference, but in your screenshot that difference is nowhere to be found..Bug perhaps ?

First : I used windfury enchant only on my main hand weapon.
Second : Windfury attack proc is 3 additional attacks. So 186 hits are 62 procs. I am hit capped and my rotation is good( i use everything on cd). So it procs too rare.

Hmm, yes you are right..doesn't proc from OH or oh related attacks(Lava Lash)..not untill you use the enchant on offhand.

About de 62 procs...hmm yes it's relatively low; perhaps the server counts each wf hit as a whole proc...hehe idiot me for not seeing that.
