The quest made to be a turn in quest if i'm correct on this server but you cant turn in because if you click on complete quest nothing happens. (alli side, don't know about horde)

They should Give us a Headless Horseman He isn't IN the Place where he should Be ... For what is a Event without Event Boss .... Do somthing Gm's

I've done that event last year on my main it was fun. Now doing it on my DK and I'm almost finished, need just the Hollowed Helm and to kill Headless Horseman.

Rotten hallow is north from souhshore at hillsbarad foothills
the npc is standing near the road

Yea very nice but i maked all achievments.... and no title i write a ticket but waiting sooooooooo much

In this morning i did all the achies which counted for the Hollowed by the name it worked perfectly and i get the title.
i'm prety sure that you got the title too. or just visual thingy . delete cache, log, wtf maps and it will be there

i was playing in other server , and i have to say , wow freakz script for this event is lame , all quests are take and give front of the npc , in the other server they fix it like retail , so i hop freakz fix that as well .

I had same problem on mine DK when I did all the achievement. Wanted to set new title, but I couldn't see it...
Then I found out that I can scroll down the title list... and it of course was there! I guess it's same in your case

I dont even thought about the tip to scroll down i have so much that i thought this is natural to see the scroll :DDDD
