Now my question is will there be a working Dungeon Finder? Cause its really hard to find any raids/dungeons without guilds.

It's working now as well, people are just not using it, I can guess why.

My best advice is to find a good guild and forget about the Dungeon Finder.

It's not fully working as of now.
You need to join with a ready to go group to actualy go to any dungeon with DF.
