99% of all echo problems are due to incorrect windows audio config or people using a mic near open speakers. DO NOT USE OPEN SPEAKERS NEAR A MIC!!!

-Most all the issues i trouble shoot with users on my server is due to these 2 issues
-STEREO MIX in recording control is enabled rather then having the mic box checked causing all system sound to be transmitted when speaking in ts3.

-OPEN SPEAKERS near open mic, If you get your sound from ts3 from your speakers rather then a headset then every time you talk you will create echo. i enforce push to talk on my server cuz sound activation is anoying you hear dog barks phone rings ect and in this mode near open speakers your mic activates and broadcasts all sounds into ts3 and the current channel your in.

#1- TURN OFF STEREO MIX IN RECORDING CONTROL AND SELECT YOUR MIC BY CHECKING THE BOX
#2- VOICE ACTIVATION IS ANNOYING AND IS ONE OF THE MAJOR CAUSE OF ECHO NEAR OPEN SPEAKERS
#3- USING TS3 WITH OUT HEADPHONE NEAR OPEN SPEAKERS IS THE MAJOR CAUSE OF ECHO

So!!!!! turn off your stereo mix USE A HEADSET NOT OPEN SPEAKERS and there should be no reason for echo after this.
